- 5+ years professional editing experience
- Strong background in at least 2 genres
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with Chicago Manual of Style
Book Cover Designer
We are seeking a talented graphic designer who specialises in book cover design. You must be able to produce original, genre-appropriate covers that perform in competitive retail environments — not template-based work.

Publishing Project Manager
The Project Manager role is central to our client experience. You will be the primary point of contact for multiple authors simultaneously, coordinating editorial, design, and marketing teams to deliver projects on time and on brief.
- 2+ years project management experience
- Strong client communication skills
- Experience in publishing or creative services preferred
- Detail-oriented and proactive communicator
Digital Book Marketing Specialist
We need a results-driven marketer with hands-on experience running Amazon AMS campaigns, managing social media for author brands, and executing book launch strategies. You will manage 10–15 active client campaigns at any given time.
- Proven Amazon Advertising (AMS) experience
- Social media marketing for authors or brands
- Data-driven mindset with campaign reporting skills
- Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
