Refund & Revision Policy
We believe in complete transparency. Here is exactly what you are entitled to — in plain language.
What We Guarantee You
Unlike many publishing companies, our policies are written in plain language and are enforced. We put our guarantees in writing before any project begins.
Unlimited Free Revisions
Included in every single package. We revise your manuscript, cover design, or interior formatting as many times as needed — at no additional charge — until you are completely satisfied.
Money-Back Guarantee
If we fail to deliver what was agreed in your signed project brief, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions, no disputes — your investment is protected by a written commitment.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
All deadlines are agreed in writing before work begins. If we miss a milestone without a valid, client-approved reason, we will provide a partial refund as compensation for the delay.
1. Project Agreement & Scope
Every project begins with a written Project Brief that outlines the deliverables, timeline, and pricing. This document is signed by both parties before any work begins. Our policies apply only within the scope of what was agreed in the Project Brief. Any additional requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
- Signed project brief required before work starts
- Clear deliverables, timeline, and cost defined upfront
- Scope changes handled via written change orders
2. Unlimited Revision Policy
Our unlimited revision policy means you can request changes to any deliverable — manuscript draft, cover design, interior layout, or marketing copy — as many times as needed until you are fully satisfied. Revisions are processed within 3–5 business days depending on the scope of the requested change.
- Unlimited revisions on all deliverables included in your package
- No per-revision fees — ever
- Revisions processed within 3–5 business days
- Each revision round reviewed by a senior team member
3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund under the following conditions. This policy is binding and is included in the project agreement you sign before work begins.
To initiate a refund request, contact your dedicated project manager or email info@nypublishcenter.com. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
4. Confidentiality & Ownership
All client work is completely confidential. We do not share, display, or use any client manuscript or materials without explicit written consent. Upon project completion and full payment:
- Full copyright transfers to the author / client
- ISBN ownership belongs to the author
- 100% of royalties go directly to the author
- NDAs available and signed upon request
- No portfolio use without written permission
5. Contact & Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your project or wish to raise a dispute, please contact us directly. We resolve 100% of disputes through direct communication — we have never needed a third-party mediator.
